Hodge Clemco have recently announced the latest addition to their range of high performance, high pressure, portable airless spray units.

The HD75 is a 75:1 ratio pneumatically operated airless spray unit with a maximum outlet fluid pressure of 450 bar (6526 p.s.i.).

The main user advantages of the HD75 are:

•The capacity to atomise the most viscous of coatings in offshore, marine and industrial applications.

•Maintaining high outlet pressure at the gun for the most viscous of coatings over very long lengths of paint hose.

•Repairs and maintenance are easily and quickly carried out due to the classic and traditional design of the air motor and paint pump.

•Running costs are substantially lower than virtually all other manufacturers’ comparable units – typically 30% to 55% savings are recorded.
