Airless Spray Painting Equipment - HD Series, Models HD45 & HD63

Conventional painting techniques include HVLP, compliant and electrostatic paint guns. We offer a range of manufacturers equipment. Including ITW, SATA, and GRACO equipment. Various types of paint feed systems are available such as gravity, suction, pressure feed or pumped.

Our range of application guns are available with the full complement of tips to suit solvent and water based coatings. Specialist extension nozzles can also be supplied for coating the insides of long tubes.

Our Rormaster is designed to produce a uniform layer of paint at remarkable speed and is easy to operate and maintain. Typical coating rates of 3m/min are obtained for most types of paint. Two models are available ranging from 90mm - 180mm id and 180mm - 950mm id. Both Rormaster heads require a control gun assembly which accurately regulates the centering carriage and paint flow.
