Spray Booths

At Hodge Clemco we offer both open fronted and enclosed spray booths.

For more information visit our coating application page or our PPE coating applications page.

At Hodge Clemco our range of open fronted spray booths are modular in construction.

They are manufactured from galvanised steel folded panels. The width and height of the booths are selected by our engineers. This is based upon specific site conditions. It can be tailored to suit the application.

Our fan units are fitted external to the booths and can be provided with or without ATEX classification. Used for potential explosive environments.

Filtration can be dry or wet. We can also offer multi-stage dry filtration to provide optimum efficiency and maximum paint holding capacity. And minimum airflow restrictions on hazardous and difficult coatings.

At Hodge Clemco our range of enclosed booths are aimed specifically at the industrial and aerospace markets.

Our units are offered in single skin or insulated panel construction with high technology air conditioning systems.

The controls and features offered with our spray booths ensure that you meet your legislative requirements. They also help reduce your energy and overall running costs.

The construction and filter layout are determined by the components and work flow of the clients facility.

Our booths are offered with down draft, side down draft, cross flow and modular bridge type extraction banks.

The air handling systems can automatically adjust the temperature and air flow. Done to suit the working conditions of the booth whilst offering the lowest energy consumption for the application.

Our booth portfolio includes enclosures small enough to handle surgical implants up to multi-million pound installations specifically designed for military aircraft.
