TOTALCare, Hodge Clemco’s after-market team, consists of a dedicated Service Manager, a service administrator, and a team of full-time service engineers. Offering an unrivalled level of support the team can also assist you with future plant refurbishments and upgrades. These can be on our own and other manufacturers’ equipment. And we can ensure you meet regulations by completing the relevant tests and checks on your equipment.
In-House servicing
As well as a team of service engineers to carry out servicing and maintenance on your site equipment we also have an In-House servicing team. They are dedicated to ensuring your portable blasting equipment is working to its full potential. Our servicing team also includes a dedicated Spray pump expert many years in the coatings industry. This service can be completely tailored to your requirements including inspections for repair, full servicing, and pressure testing.
Our full warehouse of approved Hodge Clemco spares can be utilised to ensure a first-time fix for any repairs on your equipment. We also have pressure testing capabilities at our Sheffield facility with an acoustically lined pressure testing bay able to test any make and model of blast machine.
On-site servicing
The Hodge Clemco service team has many years of experience within the surface finishing industry. We can carry out planned and reactive preventive maintenance nationwide in line with our TOTALCare service packages.
