On-site servicing – The Hodge Clemco service team has many years of experience within the surface finishing industry. We can carry out planned and reactive preventive maintenance nationwide in line with our TOTALCare service packages. Your choice will depend on the level of cover required to ensure your equipment meets your production targets. The effect that any machine downtime may have within your business. Service Packages

Gold

The TOTALCare Gold package provides the ultimate in preventive maintenance programmes for businesses that depend on consistent, high-quality output from their surface preparation systems. Following an expert assessment of the blast equipment used, a quantity and frequency of maintenance visits are agreed and pre-booked for the following 12 months. In addition, the customer has the use of our technical support line without further charge, as well as free emergency call-outs*. Emergency call-outs are automatically given priority status on our schedules, and flexible payment terms are available. Gold cover can also extend a warranty if our staff fit Hodge Clemco approved parts.

Silver

With the TOTALCare Silver package, customers specify the number of maintenance visits a year that they require, following a full inspection and assessment. The Silver package includes free technical help-line support, a discount on emergency call-outs and flexible payment terms.

Bronze

For customers with less critical surface-preparation requirements and some in-house maintenance capabilities, our TOTALCare Bronze package offers cost-effective but professional support on an occasional basis. It can be booked up to four weeks in advance and includes a detailed inspection and a full service with minor adjustments as required.

MOT Health Checks

An alternative to one of our service packages, is a machine MOT Health Check. This option is suited to companies whose use of their blasting equipment is not deemed as critical and usage is less frequent. Your machine will be fully stripped down and inspected and a full report advising any requirements will be given.

Repairs and breakdowns

As well as scheduled preventative maintenance, our team of engineers across the country can react to breakdown and repairs on your machine/s. As well as site visits to help get you back running, we can also offer telephone support to help you get productive as soon as possible.

Spares

As well as over 12,000 of parts held in stock at our Sheffield warehouse, our engineer’s hold a van stock to ensure we can service and repair most situations. Our aim is first time fix!
