Congratulations Andy Rogers on your retirement

Congratulations Andy Rogers on your retirement – Everyone at Hodge Clemco would like to wish Andy Rogers all the best, on his retirement today from Hodge Clemco after 28 years.

Over 30 years ago, Hodge Clemco had never manufactured anything in house. Then, someone, had a bright idea! We should start to fabricate in house.

So, the Hodge Clemco Fab Shop was born.

Andy was there at the conception of the fab shop and has been at the forefront of its development and success over the last 28 years.

To think of all the projects that have passed through there it is unbelievable. Millions of pounds worth of projects all produced from scratch.

Some of the telescopic MOD blast booths had him scratching his head, but he always came up trumps and found a way of doing things.

Not forgetting all the homework jobs, he did for Mr Grattan, without which his motorhome would have died many years ago.

Paul Grattan had a few words to say about Andy…

“On a personal note, you have been an exemplary employee and a credit to Hodge Clemco and yourself. A genuine and unassuming bloke that just got on with the job no fuss. If anyone needed any advice you were always willing to help. We wish you a long, happy, and healthy retirement. “

Thanks Andy and all the best
